KY Teaching Certificate for Health Science

 

OR

Minimum of an Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse,

Kentucky RN license,

Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the field of a nurse,

One year of long term care experience and willing to pursue and attend trainings to obtain a KY Teaching Certification.
